Founded: Actually, Joseph Zumwalt founded a chapter of ECV at a place called
"the Forks" in 1850. [NO SHIT - JZ was REALLY THERE in 1850].
The Forks was renamed Downieville later. The "LeBroke Lodge" Chapter
was revived by the New Dispensation in 1941.D-ville is an old chapter, by any measure.
